Black Sparrow Contracting Inc. is a residential renovation contractor based in Toronto, Ontario. You can reach us at murillo@blacksparrow.ca or 416-897-9289.

When you book a site visit, download our contractor guide, or contact us, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, and details about your project. We use it to respond to you, schedule and prepare for site visits, prepare estimates, and run our projects. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

We correspond with clients by email and schedule work using calendar invitations. Information you share with us in those channels is used only to deliver our services.

Black Sparrow uses internal software, operated solely by our own staff, that connects to our own Google accounts (Gmail and Google Calendar) to manage company email and scheduling. This software accesses only our company's own account data. Its use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. It does not access the Google accounts of clients or visitors, and no Google user data is sold, transferred, or used for advertising.

We keep project and contact records for as long as needed to serve our clients and meet legal and tax obligations in Ontario and Canada.

You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where the law allows. Email murillo@blacksparrow.ca.
